The service
CollisionCue organizes customer-provided vehicle information and private photos for review by an independently operated repair shop. It does not calculate an authoritative repair cost, guarantee a repair outcome, act as an insurer, or replace an inspection, teardown, parts review, or supplement process.
Shop accounts and responsibilities
Shop users must provide accurate account and business information, protect credentials and MFA recovery material, grant only appropriate team access, use customer information only for authorized purposes, honor communication choices, download expiring media when needed, and comply with licensing, consumer, privacy, messaging, insurance, repair, and recordkeeping requirements that apply to their business.
Customer submissions
A person submitting a request confirms that the information is accurate to the best of their knowledge and that they have permission to provide the vehicle information and photos. Access links must be kept private. Unsafe conditions should not be entered merely to capture photos.
Subscriptions and cancellation
CollisionCue shop plans are recurring subscriptions. Stripe Checkout displays the configured price, billing interval, trial information, and payment terms before confirmation. Authorized owners manage payment methods and cancellation through Stripe’s hosted portal. Counsel must approve renewal, cancellation, refund, tax, price-change, and notice language before paid general availability.
Acceptable use
Users may not access another tenant’s records, share protected links without authorization, upload unlawful or unrelated content, probe or disrupt the service, bypass usage or security controls, or use CollisionCue to make deceptive or unsupported repair claims.
Suspension and availability
New usage may be paused for an expired trial, failed payment after the configured grace period, security risk, prohibited use, or legal requirement. Existing records remain subject to controlled access and retention rules. Service availability and support commitments require final commercial terms.
Counsel completion items
These terms are not complete until counsel approves the contracting entity, eligibility, effective assent, intellectual-property terms, warranties, indemnity, liability allocation, dispute process, governing law, termination, notices, and jurisdiction-specific provisions.
