Optional request messages
A customer may separately agree to transactional messages about a specific collision-repair request or invitation. SMS consent is not required to submit by email or receive a phone call. Selecting text as the preferred contact method requires SMS consent.
Message content and frequency
Messages may include an invitation or secure link, submission confirmation, a request for additional information, or a status update. Frequency varies with request activity. Message and data rates may apply. Do not send VINs, claim numbers, private photos, or access tokens in a reply.
Revocation and support
Customers may withdraw permission for future texts by contacting the repair shop or support@collisioncue.com. Provider-level keyword handling, confirmation language, help instructions, quiet hours, and state-specific requirements must be validated end to end and approved by counsel before SMS is enabled for general availability.
Shop responsibility
A shop user sending a personalized SMS invitation must attest that the customer explicitly agreed to receive that message at the supplied number. Consent evidence must not be inferred from possession of a phone number or from consent given to an unrelated sender or purpose.
