Does this work with my estimating software?
CollisionCue organizes customer details and photos for shop review. Direct CCC, Mitchell, Audatex, and other estimating-system integrations are not currently included.
Can multiple staff members have accounts?
Yes. Shop owners can invite team members and assign roles. The number of users available depends on the selected plan.
What happens after the trial ends?
Choose a paid plan to keep accepting new requests. If no plan is activated, existing information remains subject to the account access and retention terms shown in CollisionCue.
